I think Jess likes to have at least .100" inch of barrel wall thickness after the rebore. So, for .358 caliber you would want the muzzle at least .558, and so forth. IOW, .your muzzle diameter minus .200" is likely your answer. They are good about calling back if you leave a message though - just ask.
