A few buddies are running current production Bushnell's on rigs they don't care to have a pile of cash tied up in; they are very pleased and can't say enough good about them.
I looked up a couple of the models they were having good luck with, and those particular models were made in S Korea, as were a lot of the other Bushnell models I noticed while checking coo. Seems only their very bottom tier product is Chinese, but maybe I missed something. If I were in the market for something in the price range, I'd go Korean or Philippines; at least those are democracies that aren't openly and actively trying to undermine our freedoms and purloin our intellectual properties. And, I've had good luck with most every Bushnell offering I've used through the years.
In addition to the lines made in S. Korea and Philippines, the Elite Tactical line is made in Japan.
