The highly professional FBI interviewed this dipschit last year when his mother called them saying he was threatening "suicide by cop". They determined his threats "were not racially motivated" and dropped the case.
Will be interesting to see if the weapon used at FedEx was bought by him AFTER his FBI interview and if he passed a 4473 background check. Then the FBIs filed no report that would have failed his 4473.
