I almost forgot about a rifle in my safe. It’s a CVA Scout in 6.5 CM. They are made in other calibers as well. Break open single shot with a stock that fits a righty or lefty. CVA also makes a compact stock for the Scout that is fairly inexpensive.

Another good choice. They make these in a compact version that I think has a 12.5" or 13" LOP. The compact comes in 243 or 7mm-08 if im not mistaken. Just go ahead and get her the CVA in 35 whelen lol jk
