SCOTUS is very picky about the cases they take.
Reading the tea leaves: It takes 4 Justices to accept a case. So there are 4 Justices who think they can get a 5th vote for their favored position. I sense a major victory for 2A in the making.
I hope you’re right It would be as big of a 2A win as I can remember although given a choice I’d rather a case in our favor that dealt with gun and magazine restrictions over carry restrictions.
