It will be a huge win if the SC decides this case correctly but I’m suspicious why the SC would decide to hear this case while not hearing cases on the massive 2A infringements going on in CA, NY, NJ ect.
This case literally is a case about massive 2A infringement in NY.
And they're likely to take 1 case that then blows up 10 other cases, rather than swat them down 1 at a time forever. This one might just do that.
