Reading the tea leaves: It takes 4 Justices to accept a case. So there are 4 Justices who think they can get a 5th vote for their favored position. I sense a major victory for 2A in the making.
With this court? NEVER assume... We all saw how they CHICKENED out on the elections fraud..
