They went out of business during the pandemic. I've owned a couple of rifles, and would buy a used one again under the right circumstances. They were the last major manufaturer of square bottom CRF open trigger hunting rifles, closing about the same time that CZ got rid of the 550 magnum.

They had a reputation for questionable service and support and long delivery times.

I don't think they're really any better or worse than pre-64 winchesters or later classics, and have better features than a new MOA M70 but rougher finish. They did have the advantage of coming in many configurations a pre-64 was never made in (short action magnum, ultra-magnum, etc.).
