Tuesday Utah put 17500 any bull tags on sale. I was told they used to take 2 months to sell out, if they sold out at all. Tuesday they were sold out in under 8 hours.
At least they put a limit on numbers. Colorado has no limit an any OTC tags.It's pumpkin patch of orange out there
