It is rare, but IMR-4064 is sometimes available online.
Other options include Accurate 2520 (often available, in ball powder) and Reloader 15 (more scarce than IMR-4064).
How poorly did IMR-4166 and IMR-4895 do as a replacement in your 30-06?
I have two benchmarks for 150 grainers in my '06. Nothing pushing the envelope.....2900 fps and 1 moa. The best I could do with both IMR 4166 and 4895 was just under 2 moa above 2900 fps... with Interlocks and Hot Cores in a 22" barrel (late 70's 700 BDL).
I also have plenty of RL16 and H4350 I use with heavier bullets. Gonna use them on the 150's and see how it goes before buying anything else.
