The one I had it was 50lbs per notch in the handle, I weight 170 so went up to 200 or 4 notches... can't overdose. you turn the nob and lock it in on the dosage notch, then squeeze out, was about 3/4 of an inch of paste.

Not needed to yet. I use Ivermectin pour on for my cattle, and use a squeeze gun to spray it on their backs. I prolly get a good dose of overspray as it is...
