I have one of the semi autos in 12 gauge. It was just too cheap not to try. I think I paid about 228 for it. Hell I have spend more than that on one meal taking friends and family out to dinner. Here is my experience with it.
From the start it cycled any high brass shotgun shells perfectly. Duck loads, turkey loads, buckshot. It did fine all the way down to even high brass 7 1/2's. At first however it would not cycle the low powered trap and dove loads at all. But I kept running boxes of the slightly heavier loads through it and after a break in period it now cycles everything fine.
Now how will it hold up in the long run? Who knows. But I just got it as a lark to play with anyway. I have several other semiauto shotguns.
