Then these same hospitals go on the news and whine about being “at max-capacity because of Covid and unvaccinated people”... when a significant part of the problem is the lack of staffed beds because of the hospital’s poor leadership and poor management of their own employees.

Of course they'll never admit to it.
and that poor leadership and management are earning high 6 figure and or million dollar incomes. And cant even keep a hospital staffed. Its not just them quitting due to mandates, a lot are out with covid even though they are fully vaxxed. And the unvaxxed nurses are working their tails off covering for the vaxxed nurses who are out.
