Bean counters care nothing for your health. I think people do not understand that nurses are generally tired of everyone's crap and have little loyalty to specific employers.
A large part of this problem has to do with consolidation of healthcare providers under singular management. Also, the group which govern education, certification and licensing have monopolies.
