If she had the bag put over her head because she could not wear a mask, why is she wearing a mask under the plastic bag? Seems redundant. If she had to both wear a mask and the bag, then this must be a common practice at the hospital. Can't be the first time this idea popped into their heads. Why are we not hearing about other cases? Why aren't the parents saying anything?
