I've gotten the Pfizer vaccine and the booster shot. These vaccines are genetics based and are not inoculations in the classic, smallpox sense of the word. Just because someone is a "Health care professional" doesn't mean they know the difference between and antigen and an antibody. If you choose to forgo the vaccine, that's your call but a private employer also has the right to mandate vaccine participation as a condition of employment. I'll end my rant by stating that I don't think the government has any business telling a private employer that they must require their employees to be vaccinated whether they have a hundred employees or 5,000.
