It remains to be seen whether Durham will actually do anything. You can indict a head of cabbage but convicting it will be hard. It’s nice to hear Mr. Cruz rake the hapless AG over the coals. Wish he’d found that courage Nov. 6. Instead he attacked Trump along with the establishment asses that all turned tail and committed their own special brand of Treason.

He had a Golden Opportunity to help Trump drain the swamp way back in 2017 by allowing for Recess Appointments.
Instead he voted to block Trump’s Constitutional right to recess appointments by voting with the Establishment.
Many here have said that Trump was stuck with Wray, Barr and others because the Republican controlled Senate would not approve a true swamp drainer. Cruz could have changed that, but instead he did what he does, vote with the establishment.
Cruz is just another Gowdy, as you boys in TX say “ all hat and no cattle”.
