Ed - was in contact with Gerhard yesterday. They are still negotiating with the tribal elders who control most of CT 27. Things are looking very positive they will get some ele and MAYBE a couple of buff for 2021. Still nothing locked in yet as far a quota and pricing. CT 27 is a HUGE concession. Something around 2M US acres. One side of it bumps up against ZIM.
The buff in the pictures came from CT1, a bit more central in Bots. That is straight govt controlled and tenders for it are still being worked out and not auctioned till around the first of the year.
