Those numbers seem low.
I wonder how they define expansion at those velocities.
It comes off as sleight of hand/marketing wank to me too.
Talk with em on the phone and they will tell you "Best be a bit over that though" as noted.
Well, if the minimum speed for expansion is say 1800 but you should be 200 fps over that....to me the minimum speeds 2000. It *might* work below that but you're rolling a dice.
