Providing minimum impact velocities without bullet expansion measurements doesn’t really mean much. A company like Barnes, Swift, Hornady, etc., shoot thousands of rounds in test medium from high to low impact speeds and record actual bullet expansion measurements. Providing just impact velocity without expansion measurements is not particularly helpful in assessing what type of expansion to expect.
