I would just find somewhere else to stay. Their house their rules.

Whatever happened to simple manners?
Hell I might could get along with them, I know a few people
that are short of perfect😉. We get along. I'm not going to
compromise myself, to make them happy. But if they
treat me well, I'm respectful.
A work friend has a Pűssy Hat wearing DIL. Her mother is even
more vocally liberal. The family's visit often, staying together.
They have reached a compromise where politics are taboo. They get along fine.
This is different, but as easy.
Stay with them without guns,
Or find differrent accomadations.
Personally, the lesbo thing is something I wouldn't endorse by staying
there like they are a normal couple. JMHO.
