I have a ULA M-24 in 25-06 22” bbl. I also shoot the 80g ttsx for deer. I have shot approximately 6 bucks at various ranges from40 yd to 350 yds and approximately 18 antlerless deer from 40 yds to 400 yds. All of the deer were shot high shoulder, neck, or low heart shot and they all died where they stood or within 20 yds. I really like the cartridge and I really like the bullet. I think if you hit them in the shoulder/heart area the results may be quicker than lung hits. I’m no expert but this is what works for me. I have to also agree with you on the accuracy of the 80 g bullet…..awesome! Hope this helps. Have a great week.
