Whatever happens you can bet there is going to be a bruiser of a battle pushing the nomination and the confirmation through. Hopefully, the R's will figure out how to stall the nomination process past the midterms and stymie Biden in possibly his most important decision in office- but the R's haven't shown the ability to do that for the most part...



That may be true but it would be foolish to nominate someone without a law degree to this particular position- especially given the political climate at the moment...
