The Ukrainian military is likely to be overwhelmed by the Russians, but Ukraine is the 2nd largest country in Europe, second only to Russia, and the Russian can't occupy the entire country. If we support a Ukrainian insurgancy they can bleed the Russians and their long vulnerable supply lines. Javelins, Stingers, and RPGs can wreck a lot of vehicles and AKs can spill a lot of Russian blood.
