There are several companies making jeans now with a stretch fabric. Most are 98% cotton and 2% elastane. I've found the $24 Levi's version at Walmart to be as good as any. Be aware that they are made in several cuts including a skinny jean. But they also have boot cut, and relaxed. The athletic cut fits me best.

Wrangler and others make something similar. I'll never go back to 100% cotton jeans after wearing these.
