I started with Mule Deer's data and ended up with 49.5gr of TAC under a 200 accubond for 2500 fps in an 18.5" barrel. No pressure signs and this gun has a very short throat. It shoots about .75 Moa, it might be better but once I got there I stopped worrying about it.

Good thing about TAC is that it's pretty easy to find, even now.

My 358 Model 99 was good for 1moa with Hornady factory 200gr loads, but I sold it before working up any handloads for it.

I would expect at least MOA from yours. I don't know what you lose by starting at magazine length, close to the lands as possible?

I wonder if you want something faster than Varget?
