Four weeks ago, I started a very low carb (10-12g) 1400 calorie diet in tandem with 18-20 hr fasting daily. First two weeks I lost 11 lbs. The second two weeks, I've only lost 1.5 lbs more following the same routine. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.
