So perhaps my best option would be to look around for another Supergrade in .338 Win Mag and rebarrel with a light profile 23" .375 barrel so as to weigh roughly the same as my .338 - 8 lbs 2-3 oz unscoped. The only thing is whether I need the second recoil lug and second cross-bolt to run 350's at 2300 fps without splitting the stock?
