Have you given any thought to offering a digital format book? I have no idea what that encompasses, but it would help with the paper and mailing costs.

Yes, we have. Unfortunately, the two methods of digital publishing have problems. One method allows the work to be easily pirated, and the other method tends to mangle numbers--which is a BIG problem with handloading books, as well as the cookbooks Eileen writes.
However, we may eventually digitally publish some other books.
