A buddy sent me an audio clip of this and - if it was real - there were some terse words and bad name calling involved like, “you’re a doctor, my hairy ass”, “ you should be thrown in jail for elder abuse parading that stupid bastard husband of yours around “, “not having tacos today, bitch?”
It may have just been a spoof
