Those words were prophetic. I made it to the BMV all right. I had about a 20 minute wait. Everything went to plan-- no problems getting the license. However, I lost steam in the parking lot. Yikes! When the batteries run down, they run down.
KYHillChick and I decided to retire to a nearby Chinese restaurant. That wasn't such a hot idea. We ended up taking our order to go, and I spent the rest of the day in the recliner.
I'm gaining ground. A month ago, I couldn't make it 10 feet across the hospital room. My guess is the next month or so is going to have a lot of days like this.
I'm now thinking about putting off my trip to the farm. There is no sense going down there and just being a burden.
I've got a trip to the surgeon today. He will probably endorse what the oncologist said. Moose has volunteered to take me. I'll get to introduce him to the guy who cuts your nuts off for a living.
