Found these in a bag of gun sights. They look to be some form of scope base for a claw type ring. Item 2 looks to be a Ruger type base that use some form of dovetail ring Item 3 some form of blocks that mount to sight screw holes. Aint gota clue, any guesses from the peanut gallery? There were some barrel weights for a High Standard target pistol in the bag as well Pics below
