I guess I'm missing something here because I just don't see the Biden Whitehouse having any semblance of balls to attempt something of this magnitude
You seem to still be under the impression that Biden (or any president) is actually the top guy in charge.
Besides that, Biden is pretty dang tough. Remember, he is the man that single handedly took on Corn Pop.
