Turn the truck 2 o'clock from whatever you want to kill and let it rip. Use the steering wheel and mirror as a rest, if you can get the window frame involved even better. It's not a good idea to shoot a rifle with a muzzle brake off the hood.
This is how I do it 90% of the time. Like my previous post, trucks with wing windows worked best.
