It would be interesting to measure how long the throat is in your barrel. You should have at least 3/10".
Although your first cast loads were on the long side, they didn't seem long enough for the bullet shoulder to be hitting the rifling. The 10mm and 40sw have generous throats, unlike the 45acp and 9mm.
