Amongst most of the historians it’s widely believed that Hitler declared war on the United States only to make it official. We were already providing arms, munitions and men… Why hamper the German justification to shoot back at us.
That being said the Russians defeated the Germans with Russian equipment by and large.
Look at the timeline. When did things go irreparably south for Germany? When did we get involved?
For the record…I believe he started a war he could have never won…even before he attacked East
The Russian T-34 tank was a distressing revelation to the Germans. The tank was very good, but Russia lacked the tactics to use it as well as it could be used.
The Russian Yak-30 was a very good fighter plane, also.
