Ever hear her speak and get a question that is off her prepared list? Like what would you do about the Colorado River Compact?
As a 5th generation CO native I can tell you there isn't one damn thing she can do about that. Bottom line is CA has the most votes in congress and CA is the main beneficiary of the agreement. There is not one thing CO, UT, AZ or NV can do about it and nothing she does or does not do will ever change it.
