The way the grow licenses are sold, -0- Chinese nationals should be in the state for any legal association with cannabis. OK .gov needs to step up and actively discriminate against every Chinese national they can round up and deport by bus to Los Angeles and let Kalifornia deal with them.

We have 2700+ grow houses in the state and the bureau of Narcotics is 2-3 years behind in checking licenses. They grow high grade pot for 2-3 years, make a ton of money then leave after they get busted. It needs fixing and earlier is better than later.
