Half sheets are all you need ... I actually tear a half sheet in half again. Paper towels are expensive and wasteful most of the time. They're task specific. Dish clothes are more environmentally friendly, as are cloth diapers.
Save a tree. Save the dolphins and whales too ... and puppies. But down with cats, they're evil.

Not always, but Sometimes, I just tear an inch or two off the top of a half sheet. Or a corner.
