I am on that path but I can't comment on load hauling yet. It is my first season with this setup and I have 1 more week to go .. fingers crossed. For a bag, I am using a HPG tarapocket using grimlocks to hook the bag to the frame attachments for the straps rather than to the straps themselves. (I'll experiment more after the season is over, right now, as the old saying goes, "I'm dancin' with who I brung.") The bag is big enough to hold the custom meat sacks my cuz made for me, rope, etc to hang quarters to a tree branch for cooling, and a single elk quarter bag to roll the quarters into for carry .. plus a couple modest knives and a bottle of water. Minimalist. It is possible that by next year I'll have chosen a slightly larger bag for the F1 frame.
