If public access to land purchased by tax dollars required a 3’ egress or something basic it might clear things up. Some might refuse to sell their unused land to .gov of others could use it. Others that did sell would have the egress in Deed clearing the issue for future owners. Not a fan of imminent domain. A basic law requiring access agreed upon at closing might clear things up long term. Short term I’ve no idea but it sounds like Ranch Org Pres is fear mongering with the “direct access” interpretation. I’m guessing some ranch owners aren’t swayed with corner crossing enough to write checks. A “direct access” would rally about all of them.
