The original (award winning) Grohman style knife is 2nd to none as an all around field knife. The elliptical blade works very week for skinning as well.

I had the top Bark Canadian Knife re-worked to closer approximate the shape of the middle #1. It's still a bit big for use inside a deer. The steel in the Bark holds an edge better.

The bottom Barky is superb for gutting deer but lacks for skinning
