Lucky to draw 6 Bighorn ram tags in CO and arrow two....1984 for a 165" and 1999 for 157" ram. Drew a NR NV Desert Bighorn tag the first year I put in...1991. Arrowed a broomed-way-back 10 yr old that didn't score much but was very cool old ram. All three rams DIY.
Moved from CO to BC and went on 8 backpack hunts over 6 years before I arrowed a dandy Stone in 2016 DIY. With 3 of the 4 (sub)species for a Grand Slam, I booked a guided Dall hunt in the NWT in 2017 and arrowed a nice broomed Dall. Since that time I helped a buddy arrow a real nice Stone in BC 200 yards from where I got mine a couple years prior.
