This is just them rehashing something they tried a few years ago.
I was living in Cold Harbor during the Summer of Love, about 15 minutes from Richmond. Cars, buildings and people were burned during the rioting. After they wrecked the inner part of Richmond, they pushed outwards, but were chased off by local militia, not cops. Dudes posted up on the roof of Cookout and seafood restaurants and such.
They'll grow more and more bold as time goes on, and they know they'll never be arrested. There's only one option for real Patriots.
