But OTOH, they announce this kind of BS as a poll. A poll just to see the reaction of rural Americans. And then, from the comments that it's not a good time to do so....or they see a weakness & know if their BS is working or not.

I doubt the responses to the announcement will change in a decade to 2 at least.
