If you listen, the guy doing the pushing at one point said "rifles first." That sounds like a good approach when you're confronting someone with a rifle. He was also giving commands, and although I have zero experience in this kind of thing, I would assume that the guy in charge is not supposed to be the first one in, and they trained that way.

Besides that JFC, they went in and took out the shooter pretty damn quickly, some people will find the negative in anything. I give him credit for pushing the pace. Maybe the guy in front of him being hesitant and slow is where the problem was, and the guy giving the orders shouldn't have had to push him. Although I can't say I blame him for taking his time.
