Ok, appears to be 1913 vintage. I happened upon a SN listing. This rifle is 75XXX range. I know that postwar very few 8x57 cartridge rifles were produced. Treaty of Versailles stuff. So the 8x60 was produced. It’s definitely an 8x57.
