Browsing Gunbroker Saturday morning and picked up a 77 in 22 magnum. I've had one of the 77/22 lr for years I really like. Shoots well with a variety of ammo. Anyone else have the 22 magnum version?
I had a boat-paddle SS 77/22 mag. 1-1/4 moa gun with the CCI Maxi Mag +V ammo. Pretty much was a moron selling it. I don't recall whether I traded it towards a 9422 mag or vice versa but both are gone.
I have a varminter in .17 HMR which has the V-block setup, not a threaded barrel, and I have a notion of getting a .22 mag barrel to drop in.
