To add to the confusion, here is a quote I had pasted in my notes when I was pondering TIs at some point in time--but I sure don't know who wrote it--am sure it wasn't my wife.

Woofer: FWIW, also had this "steel weighs .29# per cubic inch" ...which be about a shade under 5oz. So a wild ass guess would be a 1/2" longer CM action would be 2-3oz?
