270/308, 284, 7mm08.. none would work on a takedown. They'd all need the extended magazines of the 900,000+ serial number or the postmil receivers.
So if you wanted an extra barrel for a takedown, the 270 Savage isn't a bad answer.
Be kind of fun to wildcat a 284 Savage though.
